Blueprint Reading for the Trades (WPG394-62)

This course will provide an overview of the construction sequence and the design, construction, and jurisdictional professionals involved. Students will learn to identify and understand design and construction drawings and how they are created. Students will also learn about drawing scale and how to use an Architects/Engineering scale as well as the drawing standards and conventions used in construction documents.
Text book required and to be purchased seperately by students.

About the Instructor:
Frank Sesto is a subject matter expert in manufacturing and machining with nearly 30 years of teaching experience, including a decade at the community college level. Prior to his teaching career, Sesto worked as a tool and die maker for a variety of organizations in New England. He has been teaching manufacturing programs at 4Cs for several years.
