This training provides both new and seasoned managers with the expertise needed to lead today’s workforce by offering a foundation of essential skills, the support to apply what has been learned, and closes with a focus on how to sustain best practices. Participants will develop the skills required to motivate employees, delegate responsibility, solve problems, resolve conflict and improve performance.

Sessions will be delivered virtually via Zoom with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
