This training provides both new and seasoned managers with the expertise needed to lead today’s workforce by offering a foundation of essential skills, the support to apply what has been learned, and closes with a focus on how to sustain best practices. Participants will develop the skills required to motivate employees, delegate responsibility, solve problems, resolve conflict and improve performance. Sessions will be delivered in-person, virtually via Zoom, or in a hybrid model, with a blend of instructor-led presentations, individual and group exercises, discussion, projects, and individual assessments.
