Register and you'll receive an email with instructions for joining our virtual Smart Manufacturing Information Session offered via Zoom. 

Are you looking for a career path in manufacturing? Training to be a machinist? Want upskilling courses in manufacturing technology?

Our virtual information session provides students with an opportunity to learn more about our FREE (grant-funded) Smart Manufacturing Program starting January 28th. Join us to explore the world of manufacturing and learn more about the fundamentals that will prepare you for an entry level position in manufacturing, or help you advance from an entry level position. This program will offer the opportunity for students to obtain two credentials in the manufacturing field: Certified Manufacturing Associate and SACA C-101 Certified Industry 4.0 Associate – Basic Operations. A 40-hour internship with a local employer is included.

Veterans, women, unemployed, underemployed and other underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply. Learn about career opportunities, pathways and credentials offered. Start the application process today!

This program is offered in partnership with MassHire Greater New Bedford Workforce Board and funded through the Executive Office of Housing and Economic Development. All costs; tuition, course fees, and books are covered by the grant.

Are you interested in helping others, supporting the health of people in our community, and building your professional skills?

Cape Cod Community College is hosting two (virtual) information sessions to explore our FREE Community Health Worker Certificate and Contact Tracing Program. This program is funded by Barnstable County and its Economic Development Council License Plate Grant Program through the Cape Cod Commission. All costs; tuition, course fees, and books are covered by the grant.

The goal of this program is to train professionals as community health workers, building foundational skills and practices with a focus on integrating behavioral health and addiction/substance use into health and human service settings. This program will also provide education and skills around the importance of contact tracing efforts and why it can be such an effective public health intervention.  

Who Should Apply? Professionals who are working or have worked in human services, public health or a closely related field and are looking to gain knowledge and certification as a Community Health Worker. Start the application process today!
