Course Description:

This course is designed for the recertification of food service managers. Recertification is required every 5 five years. Exam administered on the day of class.

This course is offered in-person. Masks are required on campus at all times and college safety protocols will be in place.

Course Description: 

This course is designed for the initial certification of food service managers. This accredited program will prepare you for the ServSafe exam. Exam administered on the last day of class.

This course is offered in a hybrid format. The first session will take place remote via Zoom (instructions will be provided to participants), and the second session, when the exam is administered, will take place in person. Masks are required on campus at all times and college safety protocols will be in place. 

Who Should Attend?

This program is for those in the food service industry who need to be certified in sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness.
