This course equips you with critical content creation and management skills. You’ll learn how to create effective social media posts and how to create a a social media presence. You’ll also learn how to establish an ongoing process to manage your content. This includes setting up a content calendar, managing and moderating your posts, analyzing data for insights and iteration, and how to increase post effectiveness. Plus learning about data analysis and reporting, making data-driven marketing decisions, up leveling your social media strategy to include the synergy between on and off line messaging, and networking campaigning. You will end the course with real-world application of your skills through a content management project. [Social Media Level I will lay the pre-cursor foundation of social media strategy]
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Establish and manage a social media presence
- Create a business page, group pages, event pages for 2 platform
- Understand how and why to create content for social media
- Evaluate the performance of your content on social media and to iterate and optimize the performance
- Create a content calendar for your social media presence
- Manage social media content using real world data
Learners don't need marketing experience, but should have basic internet navigation skills and be eager to participate and connect in social media. Learners that have a Facebook account and an Instagram account helps.

Choosing Best-fit Software

If you're looking for ways to improve your customer relationship management software strategies or want your team to get some additional training in that respect, this workshop is for you.
In this course we will address the following questions:
- How do I know when to buy software programs, and how do I get the most out of my software programs, (Google workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack)?
- Why won't my programs or software "talk" to each other?
- Am I getting the ROI from the software programs I am using?
- Am I using my software programs to their potential?
- How do I know if the software I am using are the programs that my business needs?
- How can I determine my company's journey and align it with the software I purchase/use?
This training provides general information, tips, and tactics that can be applied regardless of what software your company chooses to use. SaaS options will be discussed - how and when to use them and integrate them. Students will get to learn about the features and functionalities of the apps included in Google Workspace, and work within their respective environments and set up a software strategy and milestone calendars for integration for professional use.
