Students will participate in structured workshops where simulated project plans are designed and implemented. At the end of the course, students will understand why project management requires a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail, and how to achieve that end in future projects.

We will examine project management roles, the project lifecycle, and various techniques of work planning, control, and evaluation to achieve project objectives using system tools and project management philosophies.

Entrepreneurial Mindset Training: The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program (WGB037-67)

$359

with Mindy Kole

Gallup reports that only one-third of employees (34%) in the US were engaged with their work in 2021, and 16% were actively disengaged in their work and workplace.*  This is a serious problem for today’s employers as disengaged employees are less productive, less motivated, and often result in short staffing and costly turnover for the organization.

The Ice House Entrepreneurship Program is an experiential learning program designed to immerse participants in real-world experiences that enables them to develop entrepreneurial attitudes and skills.

Inspired by the life story of Pulitzer nominee Clifton Taulbert, the Ice House Entrepreneurship Program draws on eight fundamental concepts that were distilled from more than ten years of research including hundreds of interviews with successful entrepreneurs.

Throughout the course, participants will examine the underlying beliefs and assumptions that empower entrepreneurs to identify and evaluate new opportunities, overcome obstacles, and create success regardless of where they start.

By investing your time in this course, and committing to learning how to have an entrepreneurial mindset, you will see a life-long return on that investment that will not only benefit you today, but in the weeks, months, and years to come.
