In this remote learning course, students apply various graphic approaches that may include drawing from still life, landscape, and human figure. Emphasis is on individual creative expression with the objective being the development of perception and understanding of natural phenomena and translation of this information to a two-dimensional surface. Examples of contemporary drawing are appraised in the context of diversity and cultural differences.
Although this program is offered as noncredit, students will be joining with credit students in this credit/noncredit blended program.
