Do you feel like you're burning the candle from both ends? Are you craving time to feel more balance, energy, and excitement? During this zoom session we will explore what burnout is, how it is affecting you, how to acknowledge and manage these feelings, and how to set priorities and boundaries.
We will look at how to notice and reframe the narrative you may be experiencing, and ways to integrate personal time into your daily life so that you feel refreshed and engage with renewed energy. You will leave this session with a plan that includes reframing your thoughts, and goals and strategies for change.

Excel for Self-Taught Users

In this virtual seminar, you'll dive into a variety of Excel tools and functions—both commonly and less frequently used. Topics include freezing and unfreezing cells, applying conditional formatting, and protecting worksheets.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with different functions, creating multi-sheet workbooks, and linking formulas across sheets. The session will also cover key concepts like Relative vs. Absolute cell referencing, Pivot Tables and Charts, and essential reference functions such as IF and VLOOKUP.

Launch Your 501: Nonprofit Startup Essentials

Learn exactly how to turn your passion into a structured, mission-driven organization that can attract funding and deliver real impact. This three-session course breaks down the full startup process, including defining your mission, choosing the right 501 category, forming a board, and completing required state and federal filings. Participants also learn how to prepare for fiscal sponsorship as an early strategic step, including what sponsors look for and how to position your organization for acceptance and participants receive practical templates to move their nonprofit forward with confidence.

LinkedIn Deep Dive: Building Brand, Community and Opportunity

This course teaches participants how to use LinkedIn strategically for visibility, networking, recruiting, and digital storytelling. You’ll learn how to optimize your profile with strong headlines and achievement-based summaries, build credibility through featured posts, and create engaging content that attracts the right audience. The course also covers managing company pages and showcase pages, publishing newsletters for thought leadership, and using analytics to understand what is working and why. Participants practice real examples such as rewriting headlines, designing an About section, drafting their first newsletter, and analyzing post-performance.
