Mastering Project Management: Strategies for Success

Project Management is more about managing expectations than dates. Effectively managing multiple projects, resources, and budgets is critical in today's global business environment. This Project Management course will dive into the roles and responsibilities of the project manager and examine project management in theory as well as in practice. The course offers a practical approach to managing projects, without requiring any previous project management experience. We will focus on organizing, planning, and controlling the deliverables of the project using good practices.

Build on your existing Excel skills in this course designed for self-taught users. Learn how to freeze and unfreeze cells, apply conditional formatting, protect worksheets, and explore a variety of other useful functions to boost your efficiency and confidence.
We will also explore how to create a multiple sheet workbook and link the formulas between the sheets. This will include the difference between Relative and Absolute cell referencing, Pivot Tables and Charts, and a review of Protecting a worksheet. You will also learn how to use the IF and Vlookup along with other functions.

People Skills in the Workplace

Having been an HR department of 1 for her entire career, she enjoys coaching, mentoring, and guiding other professionals through the tricky waters of HR so they don’t have to learn the hard way. Monet’s initiatives extend beyond HR, as she also provides training and development in topics such as communication, supervisor skills, management, leadership, and much more.
