Learn Ways to Promote Healthy Eating by Trusting and Honoring Your Hunger and Fullness

Do you want to make peace with food? Are you tired of dieting? Are you ready to stop thinking about food and your body all the time? Learn how to reject the diet mentality, avoid the diet - weight - gain cycle, understand your hunger and fullness, select and take pleasure in food again, and accept your body, at any size. The goal of these sessions are to support awareness of hunger and fullness, start a reflective process on eating behaviors, and practice what you have learned. There are 10 Intuitive Eating Principles, supported by research and practical implications. Each principle is a wonderful guide to making peace with food. We will explore, learn, and discuss 2 principles each session, and bring it all together in session 6.
