Join us as local Computer Science Engineer and Bitcoin teacher, advisor and author, Tom Whitehill, provides insights into why Bitcoin is undergoing global adoption by individuals, families, businesses, institutions, governments and nation states. Join us for this time management course where you will learn a system that really works: from identifying and eliminating time wasters, determining priorities, creating lists that really work, prioritizing, breaking up and managing large and small projects, tips for digital and paper planning, and developing daily habits that will support your needs to accomplish what is most important to you professionally and personally.
This course will support the balance in your life that you have been craving.

Cape Cod Horticulture Lecture Series: Digging Deep: Understanding Soil, Soil Amendments, and Planting Success

Burnout: Renew Your Energy and Focus

Do you feel like you're burning the candle from both ends? Are you craving time to feel more balance, energy, and excitement? During this zoom session we will explore what burnout is, how it is affecting you, how to acknowledge and manage these feelings, and how to set priorities and boundaries.
We will look at how to notice and reframe the narrative you may be experiencing, and ways to integrate personal time into your daily life so that you feel refreshed and engage with renewed energy. You will leave this session with a plan that includes reframing your thoughts, and goals and strategies for change.

Mastering Stress: Practical Strategies for a Balanced Life

Cape Cod Horticulture Lecture Series: Winter Landscape Prep: Identification, Pruning & Trimming Essentials

Join us for an informative seminar designed for landscapers, gardeners, and property managers focused on essential winter landscape care. This session will cover three key areas:
- Winter Landscape Preparation: Learn best practices for preparing your landscape for the cold season, including soil protection, mulching, irrigation shutdown, and safeguarding vulnerable plants.
- Winter Plant Identification: Discover how to identify trees, shrubs, and perennials during dormancy. We’ll provide tips and tools for recognizing plant species without foliage and using bark, buds, and branching patterns.
- Pruning & Trimming Techniques: Understand the proper timing, tools, and methods for winter pruning. Learn which plants benefit from winter trimming and which should be left until spring.
