Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) is a way to improve workplace safety by focusing on what people do, why they do it, and how to help them do it more safely. It creates a partnership between employees and management to keep everyone's attention on safe behaviors every day.

BBS uses proven techniques from a field called organizational behavior management to understand and change behaviors in real-world situations. The goal is to make safety a shared responsibility and a regular part of how everyone works.

Course format:
This course is offered in-person and in two locations.
