An Introduction to Outboard Systems

The Center for Corporate and Professional Education at Cape Cod Community College is offering a Marine Technician/Mechanic Training Program, in partnership with Yamaha Motor University, to meet the demands of the booming Massachusetts boating industry!

This Yamaha Introduction to Outboard Systems course covers all components and functions of an outboard engine.

Upon successful completion of this course, students will have developed the skill set needed to enter the workforce as an entry-level Outboard Engine Technician, and students will receive a Yamaha industry-recognized credential.

Students will also be enrolled to participate in an OSHA 10 Safety Program to improve classroom safety while earning this additional certification.
