LinkedIn Deep Dive: Building Brand, Community and Opportunity

This course teaches participants how to use LinkedIn strategically for visibility, networking, recruiting, and digital storytelling. You’ll learn how to optimize your profile with strong headlines and achievement-based summaries, build credibility through featured posts, and create engaging content that attracts the right audience. The course also covers managing company pages and showcase pages, publishing newsletters for thought leadership, and using analytics to understand what is working and why. Participants practice real examples such as rewriting headlines, designing an About section, drafting their first newsletter, and analyzing post-performance.
Course format: Live via Zoom. Zoom Link will be sent to participants prior to class.

Management Essentials

As companies prepare for and experience success, a solid management team is imperative. This training provides both new and seasoned managers and supervisors with the expertise needed to lead today’s workforce by offering a foundation of essential skills, the support to apply what has been learned, and closes with a focus on how to sustain best practices.
Participants will develop the skills required to motivate employees, delegate responsibility, solve problems, resolve conflict and improve performance.
