TThis course is designed for individuals seeking initial certification as food service managers. As an accredited program, it provides comprehensive preparation for the ServSafe exam, which will be administered on the final day of class. The required textbook is included with enrollment.

Class meets on 10/6 and 10/20/2025.

This program is for those in the food service industry who need to be certified in sufficient food safety knowledge to protect the public from foodborne illness.

ServSafe Recertification

This course is intended for the recertification of food service managers, which is required every five years. The program includes a comprehensive review of key materials, followed by the ServSafe exam administered on the same day.
