This course is designed to equip managers with essential communication skills necessary for effective leadership and decision-making in diverse business environments. Students will explore various aspects of communication crucial for managerial success, including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication strategies. Emphasis will be placed on developing clear and concise communication techniques tailored to different business scenarios.

This course will provide students with the opportunity to:

• Recognize that effective management is dependent on excellent communication skills.
• Discuss communication skills and activities that are required for managers at all levels of management. 
• Create business memos and letters. 
• Write a clear and concise analytical business report 
• Demonstrate proficiency in giving oral presentations 
• Create a professional visual presentation including graphics
• Prepare and maintain an e-portfolio 

By the end of this course, students will possess the necessary communication competencies to thrive as effective managers in today's dynamic business landscape.
