Do you feel like you're burning the candle from both ends? Are you craving time to feel more balance, energy, and excitement? During this zoom session we will explore what burnout is, how it is affecting you, how to acknowledge and manage these feelings, and how to set priorities and boundaries.
We will look at how to notice and reframe the narrative you may be experiencing, and ways to integrate personal time into your daily life so that you feel refreshed and engage with renewed energy. You will leave this session with a plan that includes reframing your thoughts, and goals and strategies for change.
Goal: To understand and manage burnout for renewed energy

Working with Difficult People

We encounter difficult people in various places – at work, at the grocery store, at school, everywhere. At times, we are difficult ourselves. When difficult behavior arises, performance, morale, and relationships are negatively impacted. This course will give you the proper tools to deal with difficult people effectively. About the Instructor:
For over 10 years, Monet Viens has been helping a wide variety of businesses with their HR and employee needs. As an adaptable and innovative HR professional, she has a keen ability to translate visions and strategies into actionable goals, strengthen processes, and increase efficiencies.
Monet’s favorite aspect of human resources is training and development. Having been an HR department of 1 for her entire career, she enjoys coaching, mentoring, and guiding other professionals through the tricky waters of HR so they don’t have to learn the hard way. Monet’s initiatives extend beyond HR, as she also provides training and development in topics such as communication, supervisor skills, management, leadership, and much more. Monet currently teaches per-diem at Cape Cod Community College and Bristol Community College. She has also been a keynote speaker for NEHRA, SCORE, and the One SouthCoast Chamber.
MS Excel for Self-Taught Users

This virtual seminar will explore how to freeze and unfreeze cells, conditional formatting, protecting a worksheet, and many functions. Some of these functions are commonly used and other are not used very much. This is to give you experience using different functions. We will also explore how to create a multiple sheet workbook and link the formulas between the sheets. This will include the difference between Relative and Absolute cell referencing, Pivot Tables and Charts, and a review of Protecting a worksheet. You will also learn how to use the IF and Vlookup functions among a few other.
