When do you negotiate? Always! Negotiation is an underutilized, yet critical business skill that lies dormant within most organizations. Many employees, including management, are uncomfortable with negotiation and may be unaware of how that is impacting their own job performance, as well as the overall performance of their organizations.
Who Should Attend?
This session prepares attendees to hone their personal negotiating style and skills, as well as identify and defend against the negotiating techniques that may be used against them by suppliers, customers and co-workers.
